We are currently looking to recruit Support Specialist with fluent English to join our team.
Key responsibilities you will have to perform:
• Direct and indirect communication with external and internal clients via ticketing and issue tracking systems, email or live chat (Skype)
• Communication with the business analysts and development teams
• Creating various reports for clients and management team
• Analyzing, testing, reproducing, troubleshooting, documenting and following up on client issues or requests
• Writing new articles in the technical support knowledge base
• Work in shifts, weekends and holidays
Needed skills and expertise for the position are:
• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian
• Able to communicate in concise and clear manner
• Strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of the latest PC’s and Networking technologies
• Able to do multitasking
• Team player with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical materials
• Self-motivated
• Creative
Good to have:
• Knowledge of other foreign languages: German, Spanish
• Sports Betting and Casino gaming experience
• Prior technical support experience
